As young people there is something powerful about having a relatable, caring, and consistent adult from outside the family in our lives. I offer a space to feel seen, encouraged, and appropriately challenged. I work with young people and parents who want or need support navigating the intense life stage of adolescence. This often involves rebelling or withdrawing and resisting the support of family or authority figures such as coaches and teachers.
